TIC Projects have completed large and small scale projects throughout New Zealand, including the construction of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course in Kinloch, Taupo and the 18 hole championship golf course at Jacks Point Queenstown.

TIC Projects profile includes the acclaimed golf course at Lakes Resort - Pauanui  a 18 hole International Golf Course.

Also reconstruction of 9 holes at The Dunes  Matarangi Beach Estates after major earthworks and lake construction. Included a complete irrigation upgrade, tee and bunker rebuilding and some remodelling of existing greens on the rest of the course.

TIC Projects have completed the greens, tees and bunker construction of the exciting new Jacks Point Golf Course in Queenstown designed by John Darby & Associates.  This work started in January 2005 with some finishing and seeding work to follow construction.  TIC Projects are currently working on a cricket oval and ongoing developments for Jacks Point.

The Jack Nicholas designed course at Kinloch was completed in May 2007.  Services TIC Projects offered included Greens, Tees and Bunker Shaping, Full Course Drainage, Greens and Tees Construction and Topsoil and Finish Shaping including Preparation prior to seeding.

Currently the Projects team are based at Harewood Golf Club, Christchurch and Cromwell Golf Club, Otago District.
