The TIC Projects team are highly qualified in the construction of exceptional sports turf surfaces, the majority of them holding NZ Turf qualifications. As seen in many of the projects, the team are very adaptable, easily moving locations for any period of time. Most of the team have been with TIC Projects for many years reflecting their loyalty and passion for what they do. They have an excellent eye for detail and strong work ethic which ensures that any project taken on is completed to the best possible and most efficient way.

Jonathan Youngman
Shaper / Finisher - 3 years + with TIC
With qualifications in turf management carried out at Arrowtown Golf Club and experience in Egypt as a detail finisher Jonathan's all round experience in Greenkeeping and Construction makes him a valued member of the TIC team.
Johnny has been a representitive Golfer and enjoys snow sports, deerstalking, rugby, cross-country/downhill mountain biking and jet ski fishing.
Ben Bristow
Having completed my Sports Turf qualification at North Shore Golf Club in Auckland I was interested in experiencing a different side of the industry so have made the move to Queenstown to work with TIC building golf courses.
As a lover of the outdoors and going too quickly down hills, I'm looking forward to experiencing all the mountain biking and skiing that the Central Otago region has to offer.

Blake Lindsay
Completed my apprenticeship at Millbrook resort in 2011. Then moved to Australia where I began golf course construction. Was there for 7 years working for designers such as Greg Norman, Graeme Marsh and Tom Doak.
Interests include playing golf and cricket and getting back to the family farm and helping out when possible.

Angus McPhedran
One eyed Cantab, married to Tracy, previous employee returning to TIC but not before picking up qualifications and experience in the turf industry over the last 20 years with time spent in Auckland, Brisbane and Christchurch most recently as Superintendent at Pegasus Golf Club.
Likes a bit of rugby, golf, whisky and spending time with Mr Ty the dog. ( And of course with Tracy )
Sean Ryan
An international labourer - spent time on the shovel back home in England, 2 years in Ausi, and now here after graduating from Uni in 2015.
Loved sampling all of Queenstown’s adrenaline activities as well as a few too many weekends out in town. Favourite pastimes include: football, rugby league and tinder.’

Tracee Harris Health and Safety/Administration
Queenstown Local of 32 years, joined TIC in July 2018 after 30 years in the banking industry.
Having spent the majority of my life in the Central Otago Region I enjoy all it has to offer. Skiing, biking, hiking, boating, camping and all the socialising that goes with it. Keen sports person whether taking part or spectating and I frequent the local woman’s gym. Also love being a couch potato and watching movies!!
Absolutely no experience in building Golf Courses but I do live on one that TIC built!

Geoff Andrew
DIRECTOR
23 years as Director of TIC with hands on involvement of some of NZ's most iconic sports and golf facilities.
Geoff enjoys caravanning and mountain biking with a spot of fishing and has a couple of '56 Chevys that he drives as often as possible.

Belinda Andrew
DIRECTOR
Previous experience 5 years Garden Centre Management involved in garden design and implementation on residential properties; 2 years wine industry sales. 23 years Director of TIC.
Belinda enjoys Caravaning and Biking and combines the two as often as possible around the Central Otago districts.
