Project Manager - 7 years with TIC
After 9 years of golf construction throughout the UK and Europe with Southern Golf, Matt a native to England is now a permanent resident in NZ and has successfully managed the construction of 3 high profile golf course projects for TIC.  Matt's ability to maximise efficiency in the bulk earthworks process and knowledge of overseas golf construction techniques makes him a valued member of the Managment Team.

Matt enjoys the odd round of golf and a spot of fishing.

Project Manager - 8 years with TIC
A fully qualified Greenkeeper, Kits expertise in Grow-ins has taken him throughout the world.  He is also a "hands on" Project Manager with an ability to 'get things done' in adverse conditions.  Kit has managed 3 major construction projects throughout NZ over the last five years for TIC and is currently involved in constructing and the grow-in on a private golf course for a high profile Kiwi Sportsman.

When not at work Kit can be found underwater diving, kayaking, cycling or camping.

Construction Manager - 4 years + with TIC
After being involved in the construction and landscaping of Clearwater Resort in Christchurch, Glen completed a 3 year certificate in turf management whilst employed on the Green Keeping Staff at Clearwater. He then joined the construction team at Jacks Point and has been involved with the construction at Millbrook, Harewood and Royal Wellington with TIC Projects. 

Glen enjoys playing soccer and cricket and currently lives in Wellington with partner Amy Kent.

Irrigation Manager - 4 years + with TIC
As our Irrigation Manager Nathan's expertise is critical to the success of any golf course construction project.  His quiet confidence and skill are a hall mark of the last three successful major projects with TIC he has been involved in.

Golf, snowboarding, surfing and flyfishing are high on the list of recreational pursuits when not installing pipe etc.

Shaper - 3 years + with TIC
After completing his turf qualications at Clearwater, Dave was given the opportunity to join the Nicklaus shaping team at Kinloch.  Dave was talanted enough to be promoted to second shaper on this prestigious project.  He has since gained more accolades with his shaping abilities on a number of local projects along with some shaping and bunker construction in the UK and Egypt.  Daves skills include a creative imagination, vision, and creating natural contours that blend into the surrounding landscape. 

Although enjoying the occasional game of golf Daves interests outside work revolve around anything with an engine attached.

Shaper / Finisher - 2 years + with TIC
With qualifications in turf management carried out at Arrowtown Golf Club and experience in Egypt as a detail finisher Jonathan's all round  experience in Greenkeeping and Construction makes him a valued member of the TIC team.

Johnny has been a representitive Golfer and enjoys snow sports, deerstalking, rugby, cross-country/downhill mountain biking and jet ski fishing. 

All Round Golf Construction Specialist - 2 years with TIC
Auckland Apprentice of the year while completing a Certificate of Turf Management at the Royal Auckland Golf club started Adrian on his career in the Golf Industry.  Adrian has travelled throughout the world gaining experience in Golf Course Construction and Grow-in expertise including time at Moohah Links Australia, Hyderabad India and working as ground staff at the 2009 Wimbleton Tennis Championships.

Outside of work Adrian is an avid surfer and snowboarder.

Contract Shaper
Specialising in greens shaping and finishing, a positive attitude, practical approach and 18 years of golf course construction experience in Europe, the US and the Middle East, Robert is a versatile and imaginative Shaper with excellent knowledge of landscape artistry and the ability to adapt to different architects styles, blending the design into the existing landscape, ensuring the plans transfer from paper to the ground with optimum effect. 

ACCOUNTS / ADMINISTRATION
A local to Central Otago Sarah has managed the Accounts and Administration for TIC for 2 years.  Her role in Managing the Health and Safety for the business has enabled TIC to obtain the highest level; Tertiary for ACC Workplace Safety Management Practices.

Sarah spent many years travelling, working and living in Australia, London and France.  She enjoys Paragliding, snowboarding, working with Photoshop and art.

DIRECTOR

12 years as a qualified Engineer involved in the design and manufacture of agriculture and irrigation machinery; 5 years in sales of engineering and pumping equipment; 5 years in sales and installation of turf irrigation systems.

Geoff has a passion for boating and fishing, and is currently restoring a classic 1965 XP Falcon Stationwagon.

DIRECTOR

5 years Garden Centre Management involved in garden design and implementation on residential properties; 2 years wine industry sales.

Belinda enjoys Caravaning and Golf and combines the two as often as possible around the Central Otago districts.
